Janet L. Martin

Born September 23, 1954, in Clearfield, the daughter of Jerad Ogden and Ruth E. (Buck) Graham.

She was a graduate of Clearfield Area High School, Class of 1972.

Janet had been employed for 20 years as a Care Nurse at Mountain Laurel Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, retiring in 2022.

She loved gardening, especially her vegetables and flowers and enjoyed traveling and shopping.

Janet is survived by her five children: Teresa L. Martin of Clearfield, Mandy Martin of Grampian, Lisa Conravey of New Orleans, LA, Daniel McCracken and his wife Emily of Clearfield and Bryan McCracken of Hyde; six grandchildren: Joseph, John, Madison, Noah, Regan and Damian; one great grandson, Parker; nine siblings: Larry, Roy and Roger Graham, Denise Cromer, Ruth Graham (Jeff DeJohn), Julie Solomon (Manly), and Carla, Lori and Sheila Graham, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Lynn Martin whom she married June 16, 1973, at Parsonville Church, Houtzdale and who passed away June of 1974; two brothers: Robert and Gregory Graham; a sister, Teresa Graham and her long- term companion, Neil McCracken.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., Clearfield on Friday, February 21, 2025, at 1:00 PM with her brother, Roger Graham officiating.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 12:00 noon until the hour of services.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, 108R North Second Street, Suite 1 B, Clearfield, PA 16830.
