Born on September 16, 1935 in Morrisdale, PA, he was the son of Hollis G. and Nellie G. (Narehood) Rougeux
.
A 1953 graduate of Clearfield High School, Mr. Rougeux was employed as a heating, ventilation and air conditioning technician for R.D. Goss from 1972 through 1995. Later that year, he became the owner and operator of Felix Douglas Rougeux, Inc. in Clearfield, where he remained active in the business until his passing.
Mr. Rougeux was an United States Navy veteran, having served during the Vietnam Era.
He was catholic by faith. He also served as the crew chief in Rougeux Motor Sports.
Mr. Rougeux is survived by three children: Wayne C. Rougeux, Sr. of Edinboro, PA, Michelle A. Dial and her husband William of Yoder, CO and Delmont E. Rougeux, Jr. of Frenchville, PA; five grandsons: Wayne C. Gormont, Jr., Darren M. Gormont, Nathaniel A. Dial, Jacob P. Dial and Nicholas S. Dial.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Jean M. (Moslak) Rougeux, whom he married on May 17, 1974 and who passed away on February 15, 1989 and a brother, Malcolm Rougeux

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc., 312 E. Locust Street, Clearfield, PA 16830 with Rev. Dennis McCracken officiating. Interment will follow in St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church Cemetery in Frenchville.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday, November 12, 2010 from 6:00-9:00 PM and on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the hour of services.
