She was born August 26, 1944 in Sandy Ridge, the daughter of Paul J. “Butch” Sr. and Wava D. (Hull) McMonigal.
Audrey had been employed at Kents Sportswear, Curwensville, General Cigar, Philipsburg and Ikes Teepee, West Decatur and had also been self-employed cleaning homes for 30 years.
Mrs. Fulmer was affiliated with the Nazarene Church.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, working puzzles, reading and bird watching.
Audrey is survived by her three children; Tammy Shugarts and her husband Darrin of Clearfield, Marty Fulmer and his wife Karen of Glen Richey and Jerry Fulmer and his wife Lynette of Clearfield; four grandchildren: Joseph Shugarts, Shelby Shugarts, Jarrett Fulmer and Madyson Fulmer; five great grandchildren: Dakota and Jackson Shugarts, Katara Lundberg, Wesley Maines and Cameron K. Shugarts, Jr.; a brother, Donald McMonigle (Darlene); a sister, Marjorie Droll (Rick) all of West Decatur and some nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, David C. Fulmer whom she married July 2, 1964 in New Fane, NY and who passed away September 8, 2004, a grandson, Cameron Shugarts, an infant brother, Maynard McMonigle and a brother, Jack McMonigle.
Honoring Mrs. Fulmer’s wishes there will be no public visitation.
Private Services will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor Scott Schultz officiating.
Interment will be in Stoneville Cemetery.
