Ronald "Ronnie" Ray Best

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held 6:00 PM Friday, January 13, 2023 in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home of Clayton, North Carolina with Pastor Phil Leonard officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home immediately following the memorial service.

He was born in Wake County on May 25, 1955 to the late Wallace Best and the late Maryann Kelly Best. In addition to his parents, Ronnie was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne Best and Gary Best.

He was a loving and forgiving husband, father and grandfather. He always loved to provide for his family and is finally at peace, with his Lord and Savior. He will be greatly missed.

Ronnie is survived by his wife of 40 years, Cindy Beasley Best; his two daughters, Jackie Crocker and husband Chase, and Heather Reyes and husband Charlie; his six grandchildren, Ayden, Greyson, Cameron, Lyndon, Maddux and Birdie; his brother, Randy Best and wife Sandra; and several nieces and nephews.

McLaurin Funeral Home is honored to be assisting the Best family.
