Nancy Marie (Closs) Rogan, age 80, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a previous resident of The Villages, Florida and most recent resident of Clayton, North Carolina, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2024, at The Enclave in Clayton, surrounded in love by her family.
Nancy was born on February 14, 1944, to the late Gregor Closs and the late Margaret (Oswald) Closs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Kelly (Rogan) Bluman, and her husband, William Rogan.
Nancy enjoyed walking, especially to visit with four-legged friends along the way, golfing, travelling and all things Disney. Above all, Nancy treasured any time spent with her family.
She is survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Erin and Brian DiDiano, Megan and Robert Thomas and Michael Bluman; and grandchildren, Sydney Bluman, Mackenzie Bluman, Robert Thomas Jr., Austin DiDiano, Mia DiDiano and Joshua Thomas.
A funeral mass will be held 10:00 am Saturday, September 28, 2024 at St. Ann Catholic Church in Clayton with Father Dass officiating. The family will receive friends in the church narthex for 30 minutes prior to the service.
Inurnment will be held in Pittsburgh at a later date.
