Martha Griffin Pelletier, age 81, of Smithfield, passed away on Friday, October 7, 2022. Martha was born June 15, 1941 in Johnston County to the late Kiler and Martha Sanders Griffin.

Martha is survived by her daughter, Wanda Sue Smith; son, Eddie Smith; sisters, Myrtle Toole and Lillian Varn; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her daughters, Toniette Smith and Tammy Lynn Smith; brothers, Ralph Griffin and Jimmy Griffin; sister, Minnie Carroll Smith.

A visitation for Martha will be held Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 1:00until 2:00pm at McLaurin Funeral Home. Following the visitation will be a memorial service at 2:00pm in the chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home Chapel.
