Elsie Irene Oliver Lambert

Elsie Irene Oliver Lambert the daughter of the late Rudy H. and Agnes Tillison Oliver passed away Tuesday at the age of 85. “Ms. Irene” as she was known by everyone retired from Food Lion at the age of 75 as a baker. Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 Saturday at Four Oaks Church of God with Pastor Kevin Edwards officiating. Burial will follow at Knollwood Memorial Park in Clayton. She is survived by her daughters; Brenda Nelson and her husband Al, Judy Lynch and her husband Kevin, sons; Tommy, Mike and Rudy Lambert, grandchildren; Lisa Barbour and her husband Chris, Amanda Lynch, Ryan Lambert, Matt Lynch and his wife Katie, great grandchildren; Morgan Perry and her husband Josh, Lindsey Barbour and her husband Zach Almon, Avery Lynch and Cora Lynch, her loving pet, Lexi. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her seven brothers and sisters. The family will receive friends on Saturday one hour prior to the service from 11:00 - 12:00 at the church.
