Elaine Crouse

A memorial service to celebrate Elaine’s life will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Christ Community/Greater Heights United Methodist Church, 1082 Amelia Road, Clayton, North Carolina.

The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service.

Elaine was born in Guilford County on October 11, 1955 to the late Roy Calvin Patton and the late Joyce Faye Wall Patton. She grew up in Trinity, North Carolina and graduated from Trinity High School, where she first met her future husband, Dale Crouse.

She was an interior decorator and owner of both My Primitives and South Hills Emporium. She enjoyed designing, crafting and sharing God’s love with no judgement, guilt or shame.

She is survived by her husband of nearly 50 years, Dale; sister, Sharon Freshwater (Bill); brother Ronnie Patton; children, Jennifer Crouse (Bridget), Amber Williford (Rodney) and Dallas Crouse; eight grandchildren, Bailey Elaine Cox, Xandrea Moser, Skyler Williford, Shyann Williford, Saydee Williford, Sawyer Williford, Saylor Williford and Suttyn Williford;and one great grandson, Bryant Daniel.
