A gathering of family and friends for Doris will be held Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at McLaurin Funeral Home, 12830 Us 70 Business Hwy W, Clayton, North Carolina 27520. A graveside service will occur Sunday, January 8, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Bryant Family Service, Bladenboro, NC.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Nash Edwards and Evelyn Edwards; bothers, Horace Edwards and Franklin Edwards and husband, Jack Moss.
Doris leaves behind her sister-in-law, Eloise Edwards of Hampstead, NC: 3 nephews, Dewayne, Kevin, and Derrick Edwards: 2 nieces, Dana Holland and Amy Edwards: 5 great nephews and 1 great niece: and Fur Baby, Charlie.
Doris loved spending time with her family and friends.
Doris also loved spending time by the pool and online shopping. Doris was employed with Carolina Forms and Scaffold Supply of Clayton, NC. A special thanks to her friends Teresa, Jackie and Ken for being by her side during her recent sickness.
