Brinda Joyce Davis

Brinda Joyce Davis was born September 16, 1952, to Bettie Ann Williams Davis and James Davis of Clayton N.C. who both preceded her in death. Also, preceding her in death were two of her siblings: Charles Edison Davis and Rose Davis Barbour.

She joined Johnston Piney Grove Baptist church in Clayton N C at an early age under the leadership of the late Rev. Avery.

She graduated from Clayton High School in Clayton, N.C. in 1970. She was employed at Kerr Glass Manufacturing Corporation in Wilson NC until her health declined. Throughout her lifetime she enjoyed sewing, baking, and keeping up with latest clothing fashion designs. She loved to travel and listen to music.

She leaves to cherish the memories, two brothers, James Michael Davis of Durham NC, Willie Craig Davis of Burlington; One sister Lola Davis Reynolds (Brian) of Bailey NC; Three Aunts; Pearlene Davis McLean of Garner NC, Judy Tabron & Mary Ann Williams of Clayton NC, Emma Jean Davis of Henderson NC, Two Uncles; Cary Williams (Lavern) of Fredericksburg VA, Robert Mangum (Robbie) of Freeport NY, A special cousin, advocate & assistant caregiver; Hokey Wiley of Cary NC. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
