Mrs. Betty Jean Loflin

A native of Chatham County, Betty was born July 28, 1935 to the late Lewis Everett and Argie Mae Wicker Langley. Betty was a member of Hayes Chapel Church since the 1980s.

A Funeral Service will be held in the McLaurin Funeral Home Chapel, 12830 US 70 Bus. HWY W, Clayton, NC 27520, on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 2pm. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday, April 11, 2018 from 6-8pm at McLaurin Funeral Home.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Nathan C. Loflin; children, Nathan Ronald Loflin and wife, Starlyn, Steve Lewis Loflin and wife, Becky, James Phillip Loflin and wife, Sheila, Danny Ray Loflin, and Sandy Kay Loflin; 15 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Jean Pearce and a brother, Albert Lewis Langley.
