Angela “Nikki” Harris, 42, returned home to her Heavenly Father on December 4, 2020. Visitation will be held between 4 and 8 pm on Monday, December 7, 2020 at McLaurin Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 11am at Hope Church.
Nikki was born to Shane and Leah Jefferys on November 18, 1978. She went to Garner High School and Graduated Class of 1997. Most of her classmates are still considered some of her closest friends.
She worked as an Office Administrator for a while before deciding to stay home and raise her family. Nikki always had a love for animals from the smallest cats to the most stubborn donkeys. In 2015 she was able to purchase land to start a livestock conservatory helping with American breeds.
If Nikki had one wish it would be watch the Sunset over the warm waters of Key West. Nikki was well known to be the band Bon Jovi biggest fan. She would always light up when she heard their music. She enjoyed crafting, woodworking and painting. In her spare time she would piece together Jigsaw puzzles; if you visited her while she was completing one; you ultimately joined in the fun while drinking coffee.
Nikki is preceded in death by her Maternal Grandparents.
She is Survived by her loving Husband David Harris; her son Hunter Keith Annis; her two step children Jonathan David Harris and Sarah Catherine Harris; parents Shane and Leah Jefferys; sister Jenny Newman; brother Clint Jefferys; paternal grandparents Grady and Marie Jefferys; several nieces and nephews; as well as three special friends Misty Byrd, Jody Willis, and Kelly Bridges.
