Alice Faye Stephenson

Alice Faye Stephenson passed away peacefully at the age of 81 Saturday September 03, 2022, at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale FL surrounded by her family. She was born July 09,1941 in Johnston County the daughter of Jimmy and Rosa Lee (Benson) Raines.

Alice is preceded in death by her husband of many years Billy Stephenson, her daughter Cathy Elifritz, a great grandchild Xander Pond, both parents Jimmy and Rosa Lee (Benson) Raines and two siblings Larry Raines and Billy Raines.

She survived by her children Beth Harrington (Wesley) of Little River, SC, Hope Sanchez (Jose) of Eagle Lake, FL, and Jonathan Stephenson (Amber) of Clayton, NC. 12 Grandchildren: Angie, RJ, Misty, Melissa, Jeremy, Zach, Maria, Victor, Angelica, Aiden, Asa, Avery, and 15 great grandchildren: Jaden, Ethan, Riley, Chris, Cameron, Chyenne, Blyth, Aubrey, Sawyer, Tony Jr., Ivan, Adelina, Julian, Elijah, and Hezekiah. Also surviving are her siblings Jimmy “Butch” Raines (Leeza), Jean Carroll (Roger), Frances Woodell, and Randy Raines (Susan).

A Service of Remembrance will be held Saturday September 10, 2022, with Visitation at McLaurin Funeral Home Clayton, NC from 9am-11am followed by a graveside service in Knollwood Cemetery at 11:30.
