

Debbie was born on November 25, 1950 in Sterling, Illinois. Her and her family moved to California in the summer of 1956 and eventually landed in Citrus Heights in 1957. Debbie met the love of her life, Daniel Hogan, at age 16 and after graduating from San Juan high school, they married in 1969 and spent 53 years together. Together they created a family with daughter's Kelly and Lori.
Debbie spent most of her years as a stay at home mom who loved taking care of her family and spending time visiting with extended family and friends. Debbie and Dan started bowling in a league in their early years as an affordable way to have fun. They were in a bowling league for over 15 years together. Debbie loved warm weather and traveling with her husband. Her many adventures included vacations in Hawaii and spending months in Yuma, AZ to enjoy the warm weather. She also loved camping in their 5th wheel at Seaside in Santa Cruz. Debbie also had a love of collecting antiques which included holiday decorations, hobnail glass, tea cup sets, post cards and antique yard decorations. Her and Dan would spend much time browsing antique shops and shows all over the Pacific Coast.
Debbie was proceeded in death by her parents, Russell and Rita Miller and her sister, Dianne Mobley. She is the youngest of three siblings and survived by brother David Miller (wife Myra) and her husband Daniel Hogan, daughters Kelly Stewart and Lori Crittenden (husband Dave), and grandchildren Kayla, Ashlynn, and Ryan. She will be fondly remembered and missed by her family including her nephew, Anthony Guzman, along with numerous family including uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, and many cousins from California to Washington to Illinois and Pennsylvania. Debbie was loved by everyone she knew.
