Kathleen VanFossan Enlow

Kathleen was born August 12, 1923 at Mt. Erie, IL to Joseph O. and Leota O. (Johnson) VanFossan. She married Everett W. Enlow December 9, 1943 at Noble, IL and he survives.

Kathleen was a homemaker and secretary and treasurer for North Wayne Ambulance Service for 20 years. She retired at AMF after 10 years where she was Billing Supervisor. She was a member of the Elm River “Brown” Cumberland Presbyterian Church near Mt. Erie, IL.

Kathleen is survived by her husband Everett Enlow of Cisne, IL; one daughter Diana Smith (& her husband Wendell) of Cisne, IL and one daughter-in-law Eileen Enlow of Flora, IL. Also surviving are four grandchildren Michelle Lenz, Kristen Peto, Shelly Billington and Kevin Enlow; nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Preceding her in death were one son Joseph, two brothers and her parents.

Funeral service for Kathleen Enlow will be 11:00AM Thursday, May 5, 2011 at the Brown Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Friends may visit with the family 9:00AM to 11:00AM prior to the service at the church. Burial will be at Brown Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to the Brown Cumberland Presbyterian Church or American Diabetes Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
