Mira Maxine Decker

Mira married Raymond L. Decker Sr. on June 25, 1947. They were blessed with six children and seventy-one years of marriage. Raymond predeceased Mira on February 17, 2013.

Mira's first priority was her family. She was first and foremost a homemaker for her large family. However, she did work consistently throughout her life, always finding a way to make extra money doing things she enjoyed; making crafts. In addition she enjoyed gardening and farming on her 80 acres in Thayr, Missouri.

Mira also found time to serve others; she was a member of Eastern Star, the V.F.W. and the American Legion. Mira will be remembered for her loving and generous spirit.

Mira was predeceased by her husband, Raymond and daughter Linda Reed, (Dannie). She is survived by

her five children; Marsha, (Eladio Camacho), Raymond L. Decker, (Bobbie), Bill Decker, (Carlene), Steve Decker, (Lisa) and Mike Decker. Her legacy includes nineteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.

A visitation for Mira will be held Friday, December 21, 2018 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Chula Vista, Rose Chapel, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, CA 91910.
