Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

There are some children in my schools who touch my heart forever.  Melanie was one of these very special students.  She and I always knew there was a special place in our hearts for one another.  There are no words for this grievious loss.  She is so loved.  She lives on in our hearts and we will see her again, it's just she will be so missed until then. Melanie, you are a very special person, they very few years that I knew you and had an opportunity to work with you was great, you were always a very motivated and cheerfull woman, I remember that when I was stressed or down you very exact words were " common Kavaldjian you'll be alright"""....I know you are now in a much better and peacefull place. You will be missed greatly but we will see you again someday until then may God bless you and your family in these very difficult times.

Melanie I did not know you long but the short time you touched my heart, you always had a smile on your face.  We will miss you.

I remember you from High School, I remember you through friends, and I remember your pleasance as I look back when we were friends. I remember how beautiful you were and how your aura was unique. You were always so sweet to me; I had no instincts to defeat. I trusted, you knew me, your vibes were always positive. Yesterday my heart hurt when I learned you no longer lived the same life I live. I cant imagine what youve gone through; I just wish I would have known. I wish I was there for you and never left you alone. If only I could speak to you one last time, in person, email or telephone, Id try. I realized my present had forgotten you from my mind. But I promise in the future our past will always be remembered in my eyes. As tears roll down my cheek I imagine you feeling free; looking down at me saying just believe. I had one chance to know you and I was lucky to meet you. Although, I didnt get a chance to tell you this, by now I wish I did; I have faith your spirit lives on the same way your presences did.

There are no words to comfort you in the loss of Melanie, she was a vibrant girl!  I'm sure she fought hard and she would want you to take comfort in your many, many memories with her.  Her smile stands out in my mind when she would come by the house to say hi on her way out with friends, and you, Wendell, rolling your eyes at her plan for the evening and telling her to have fun and be safe.
