Luis Antonio Robinson

Luis Antonio Robinson, "Tony", appreciated the simple pleasures of a life filled with love. Born in Guaymas, Sonora on January 14, 1951, he died peacefully after a very short battle with cancer at age 64 on July 19, 2015 in Imperial Beach. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Ruth; 4 children, Rebecca, Brandon, Natalie, and Chris; and 5 grandchildren. Tony was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and friend, who built his whole life, literally with his own two hands. He physically rebuilt and remodeled every room in his home with love and amazing creativity and skill. His personal interests included VW's, Carpentry, Golf, Legos, Ingress, travel and good times with the people he loved most. An IB local, he enjoyed some beautiful vacations, most recently a Caribbean cruise with his wife and a family trip to Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He even followed the SD Chargers to a playoff game in Boston. A private man, Tony wished for everyone to remember him as they last saw him, full of life and strength. He is in our hearts forever.
