Ernest A. Richard of Spring Valley, CA passed away on July 24th in La Mesa, CA. Ernest was a native Californian and was born on July 17,1932. Ernest joined the United States Navy and retired after serving 23 years. Ernest will be having Full Military Honors on September 4th at 12:00 Noon at Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery.
