Consuelo Bernal Ignacio of National City passed away on Monday, July 1, 2013 at the age of 89. Consuelo is survived by her loving family daughters Angelita, Erlinda, Loida, Marilyn, Melissa and sons Romero, Ronaldo, Brothers Augusto, Rodolfo, sisters Agapita, Gloria and Rosalia. Consuelo leaves behind 17 Grandchildren and 21 Great Grandchildren and was preceeded in death by her daughter Terisita Bernal. Consuelo was born on February 9, 1924 in the Philippines to Serapio Bernal and Rosario Crescini. Consuelo move to San Diego around 1981 and settled in National City, California.
A viewing will be held for two day at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey on Thursday & Friday July 11th&12th from 5:00pm to 9:00pm in the Serenity Chapel with a Rosary at 6:00pm. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2013 at St. Rita Catholic Church at 10:00am followed by burial at Greenwood Memorial Park.
