Jacob will always be remembered for always dressing to a T. He loved his music and playing his guitar. Fence building was a joy for him, as he told his dad. "I just want to build one more fence".
He will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
Jacob is survived by his father Jackie Motz; his mother Ramona Roaque and his step-mother Emelyn Motz; his brothers Adam Motz (LeeAnn Creamer), Shaun Motz, his sisters Amanda Lake (Casey), Bunny Motz, Rabeka Motz, Megan Roaque, Ashley Motz, his grandmother Leona De La Cruz and his grandfather Arthur Alvarez.
Jacob was preceded in death by his brother Emett Motz; his grandmother Valerie Anderson, and his grandfather Daniel De La Cruz.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday September 5, 2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Chowchilla Terrace Apartments in the community room by the office, 201 Washington Rd., Chowchilla, CA.
A graveside will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Chowchilla Cemetery District, 23359 Road 14 1/2, Chowchilla, CA.
