Sam Mario Caruso Jr., age 75, of Oak Hills, California passed away on Thursday, September 16, 2021. Sam was born October 8, 1945 to Madeline Caruso and Sam Caruso.

Sam is survived by his wife, Eleanor Caruso; his daughter Amanda Caruso; and his daughter Christie Cervantes ; his brother Tom Caruso and his sister Phyllis Setaro, Aunts , Cousins , Nieces & Nephews

Sam was preceded in death by his father Sam Caruso and his mother Madeline Caruso.
