Rita Rose Fellin

Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ has called home Ms. Rita Rose Fellin. Rita passed away peacefully at Chino Memorial Hospital on November 20th, 2022 @10:10am. All who has known her knows that she lived her life as a very independent woman and dedicated her later years taking care of her precious sister Lorraine Pluta who just recently joined our Heavenly Father as well. Rita was a devoted Catholic who attended St. Margaret Mary Parish until her senior years prevented her from attending continuously and in place of going to church she would faithfully listen to mass every Sunday through Alexa and her I-phone. Another passion of Rita’s were her loving K-9 family dogs. She always had her dogs at her side and enjoyed their company each and everyday and would make certain that they were loved and treated very well. Rita’s laugh and sense of humor would grow on all those who had the opportunity to spend time with her and would always put people and their needs ahead of her own. All that has been in Chino for over 30 years will remember her driving a Chrysler Red sports car with a lot of Stickers on it. She loved that car and the attention that it brought, which made her smile. The one thing she missed most in life was her late Husband Randy Fellin and always looked forward to meeting up with him again and God has decided that the time has come. Rita Fellin was born in Hazleton PA. on January 05, 1944 and was the daughter of Joseph and Grace (Ruffle) Pluta and is proceeded in death by both parents and brother’s Joseph and Michael and sister Lorraine Pluta. She is survived by her sister Margie (Frank) Feola and sister in law Isabel Pluta. Rita is also survived by her son’s Joseph (Linda) Fellin and Gary (Lawanda) Fellin along with a host of nephews, nieces, grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service is planned for Tuesday December 20th , 2022 at Funeraria del Angel Chino 13002 Central Ave, Chino, Ca 91710) at 4pm to 7pm and Wednesday December 21st, 2022 at St. Margaret Mary Parish at 12686 Central Ave, Chino, Ca 91710 at 10am to 11am followed by burial at Holy Cross Cemetery 444 E. Lexington Ave, Pomona, Ca 91766. After the funeral services, all are welcome for a celebration of life at the residence of Joseph and Linda Fellin.
