Mary Helen Diaz Schlesinger passed away May 25, 2012 at home with Husband Jerry and Caregiver Silvia Anzaldo by her side. Mary is survived by her husband Jerry of 58 years , Children; Mary Cisco, Janie Callahan, Gary, Mark, and Jerry, Sisters; Connie, Mary Ann and Therese; 12 Grandchildren and 15 Great-Grandchildren. A funeral service will be held Friday, June 1, 2012. Viewing from 8:00 - 8:30 a.m. at Funeraria del Angel Pierce Bros Griffith, Funeral Mass at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Chino. Interment will follow directly after Final Viewing at Riverside National Cemetery located at 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside, Ca 92505 at 12:01 p.m. Staging Area #5.
