He is survived by his three children: Joseph Ruiz (wife Roselia) of Riverside, CA., Tony Ruiz (wife Christen) of Alta Loma, CA., and Sandra Bird (husband Andrew) of Chino, CA., twelve grandchildren, and two sisters: Margaret “Connie” Angulo of Phoenix, AZ., and Barbara Garcia of La Puente, CA. Services will be 4/16/11 at 1pm at Harvest Christian Fellowship Church in Riverside, CA..
