Joann Norton passed away on November 11, 2023. She was born in Kettering, England and moved to California in 1946 and has been a Chino resident since then. Joann worked as a school librarian at El

Rancho Elementary School in Chino for 22 years. She is preceded in death by her husband, Warren Norton. She is survived by her three children, Mary Garcia, Steven Arenas and Cynthia Castillo; five

grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; four great- great-grandchildren; as well as one sister, and many nieces and nephews in England. A celebration of life for Joann will be held Thursday, January 4, 2024 from

5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Chino, 13002 S. Central Ave., in Chino. A private final resting place will occur Friday, January 5, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, in Riverside.
