Darlene A Schenk

Age 91 of Chino, California passed away Tuesday August 17th at her home. Mass to be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, August 25th, 2021 at St. Margaret Mary Church in Chino, followed by visitation and viewing from 12:30 to 2:00 pm at Del Angel Funeral Home in Chino, grave site from service will be at 2:30 pm at Bellevue on Ontario.

She was born June 13th 1930 in Minnesota to the late Isadore & Diana Amiot. She and Vince met when her brother Jerome brought Vince home on leave from the Navy. They were married on December 15,1951. They were married for 50 years. He proceeded her in death in 2002.

She worked many years as a seamstress as well as a home maker.

She was a member of the Catholic Church. She loved gardening especially roses and flowers. Later in life she started taking cruises with her sister Georgie and her husband Leon and enjoyed traveling. She loved collecting, especially antiques.

She is survived by three sisters, Pat Donna and Georgian and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother Jerome Amiot and sisters Lorraine LaPlante , Marcella Roman and Jean Schindler .
