Pauline Mae Troutman

Landis-Pauline Mae Deal Troutman, 80. passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013, at CMC-Northeast Medical Center, following a brief illness. Born May 17, 1932 in Iredell County, she was the daughter of the late Clyde Washington and Lela Brotherton Deal. A graduate of China Grove High, Mrs. Troutman had earlier worked at Cannon Mills, later retiring from Security Bank in Kannapolis, where was a well known and much loved teller.

A long time member of Mt. Zion United Church of Christ, she frequently attended Liberty Baptist Church of Enochville and China Grove.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Clyde Ray Deal.

Mrs. Troutman is survived by her husband, Raney Edward Troutman, who loved and will miss her dearly.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:00 - 11:00 am at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove, with the funeral service at 11:00 in the funeral home chapel, conducted by the Revs. Benny Burgess and Barry Kemp. Entombment will follow in the mausoleum of West Lawn Memorial Park.
