Nancy Carol Padgett

Nancy Carol Padgett, a resident of Salisbury, passed away on Sunday, December 13, 2020 at Hinkle Hospice House in Lexington. Nancy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed Nascar and Carolina Panthers football. She worked for many years in the office at Pauline Knitting Mills in Salisbury but eventually retired from Wingate Inn in Concord after 13 years of service in many capacities.

She is survived by husband, Daryl Padgett and by her daughter Kimberly Walter and husband Dale; granddaughters, Morgan W. Hussey (Patrick), Jenny W. Burrow (Caleb), Sarah W. Warner (Austin) and Rebecca W. Herron (Chance); great grandsons, Jasper and Jackson Hussey, Cale Burrow and Henry Warner. Additionally she is survived by two step-children Treva P. Wood and Tony Padgett (Brittany); step-grandchildren, Logan Mendicino (Wiley), Carson Wood, Michelle, Parker, Megan and Clayton Padgett.

Family and friends will meet 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 17, 2020 at St Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery for the graveside service with Pastor Scott Williams officiating.
