Kevin was the son of the late German N. Flores and Lourdes M. Ortiz. In addition to his mother, those with cherished memories include his brother Kelvin Flores-Ortiz and sister Kimberly Flores-Ortiz.

A funeral service will occur Saturday, February 11, 2023 at 8:00 PM, China Grove, North Carolina. A graveside service will occur Sunday, February 12, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Rowan Memorial Park, Salisbury, North Carolina.
