Jill Diana Overcash

Jill Diana Holshouser Overcash, 64, from Salisbury went to be with the Lord on Sunday April 10 2016 at CMC Northeast Concord. Jill was born August 18, 1951 in Mooresville NC to the late Otha Glenn Holshouser and Frances Freeze Holshouser. She graduated South Rowan High School in 1969. She was the site director for Bostian Elementary School Before & Afterschool Program and a kindergarten teacher assistant in Manassas, VA. She had a great love for animals and was a faithful member of St John’s Lutheran Church, Salisbury. She is survived by her husband of 45 years Randy Overcash; two sons, Pete Overcash (Chrissy) of Greensboro and Darren Overcash (Laura) of Winston Salem; sister, Glenda Overcash (Kay) of China Grove and two grandchildren, Malachi and Kayson Overcash. Family will receive friends in Peeler Hall at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Salisbury on Thursday night from 5-7pm with memorial service to follow at 7:00. Officiating ministers will be Rev. Rhodes Woolly and David Nelson. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Claws Incorporated, 1510 Jo Mac Rd Chapel Hill, NC 27516.
