He loved baseball, watching sports, playing video games, and, most importantly, spending time with his family and friends. He took on fatherhood just like his father by teaching his son sports (golf, baseball and skateboarding).
Carlos graduated from NASCAR Technical Institute in 2014 at the top of his class. He was fascinated by the electrical side of how cars operate, though he eventually shifted his career into the electrical field as an electrician.
He was the son of Hector Mora Guerrero and M. Esperanza Romero Mora.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son, Isaac Tristan Romero; brothers--Fernando Mora Romero and Hector Mora Romero; sister--Elizabeth Mora Romero and Casey Grant with whom he shared a son. Carlos will be forever cherished by his many extended family and friends.
Services to honor and celebrate Carlos’ life will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home. 1420 N. Main Street China Grove, NC.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 375 Lumen Christi Lane Salisbury, NC on Monday September 23, 2024 at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
