Brenda Holcomb Oliver

Born in Washington County, NC on April 13, 1958, she was the daughter of the late Robert Glenn Holcomb and Patricia Jo Hasek Holcomb.

Brenda spent many years in the work force, serving in many capacities with the Charlotte Police Department, Service Merchandise, and in the Garden Center of Lowes Home Improvement.

She attended Phaniel Baptist Church.

Those left to cherish her memory are her sons, Charles Douglas Oliver, Jr. (Alexandria Bumgarner) of Salisbury and Christopher Dennis Oliver of Mint Hill; one brother, Michael Holcomb (Debbie); one sister, Jana Gurganus (John) and five grandchildren, Dawson Oliver, Charley Oliver (Seth Nave), Alyssa Oliver, Parker Nelson and Willow Oliver and one great-grandchild, Cooper Nave.

The family will receive friends Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Linn-Honeycutt Funeral Home with a Memorial Service to begin at 2:00 PM in the Northcrest Chapel of the funeral home.
