Mr. Bobby Michael "Mike" McGee Sr. 44 of Salisbury, went home to be with the Lord on October 31, 2012 at his home. Born in Rock Hill SC. he was the son of the late Bobby Lee McGee and Gwen King McGee. Mike was educated in the Rowan County Schools. He worked earlier for Cone Mills and enjoyed playing music, bass guitar, and watching football, western movies and fishing.
In addition to his mother he was survived by his wife Carolyn Talbert McGee, his son Michael McGee Jr. and wife Brittany and daughter Dessie. He is also survived by two grandchildren Sara and Brooklyn and a sister Tonya Anderson.
Visitation will be on Sunday from 6:30 til 8:30 at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove with funeral on Monday at 3:00 also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
