April was born on April 26, 1992 in Rowan County and was the daughter of Alice Jean Childress Bell.
She was preceded in death by her great grandfather JC Cook, great grandmother Joncie Cook, grandmother Alice Childress, uncle Terry Cook, great uncle Daniel her DanDan Wellnitz and step brother Cody Bell.
Those with cherished memories are her mother Alice Jean Childress Bell, brother Matthew Cook, brothers Eric Bell (Vita) and Alex Bell, sister Destiny Bell, great aunt Peggy Wellnitz, and cousin Valeria Jones.
She is remembered by numerous other family and friends that she considered family. She was a friend to all and never met a stranger. Once you became her friend, you were a friend for life.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday September 28, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in China Grove.
