Roy Samuel Cromarty

Roy spent 40 years working on the Tugboats throughout BC, for Rivtow Straits and Catherwood Towing, starting as a deck and mate and progressing to skipper. He was one of the last "fastwater" skippers on the Fraser River from Hope to Mission. He also spent a number of years in the Rosedale Fire Department, some as Assistant Chief.

Roy is survived by his spouse, Wendy of 37 years, daughters Candy (Rob)and Kelly (Jason),Grandchildren Tyson (Megan), Alyssa (Jay), Brooke and Haylee, Great-Grandchildren Logan, Luke and Lane, His Brothers Greg and Wayne and their families. Also his mother in law Jessie.

Roy was predeceased by his parents Roy and Lily, a Grandson Braydon, Sister-in-laws Gail, Pat, and Valerie, several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Memorial Donations may be made to a charity of your choice.

There will be no service at Roy's request, A family gathering at a later date.

Roy worked hard, played hard and "Did it his Way"

He will be forever in our hearts.
