Dad, it’s been 4 years since you passed from this world into Gods hands I think of you all the time and look forward to seeing you again one day. I just wanted to say I miss you and am thankful for you being my Dad! Love you your son Dan.

I remember this time together all the guys in a pic in the summer, it was a good time together with family.

Dad...it's been 2 years you left us for home in heaven.  Although it wasn't what we wanted , we know you were tired.  Dad you were a man that made a decision , then followed through.   Our hearts are at peace , knowing we will see you again in our Heavenly Father's home.   One day , we will be together again, so thankful for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ.

My biggest is the times I went fishing with him and his buddy Bert when I lived with him in Campbell river  and hearing some of his old war story’s  plus the grin he has he was alwAys nice n looked happy love his grin going to miss him n it!

I will always remember Uncle Johns  smiling face whenever he greeted any of us.
He was always the life of the group when Bill, Rick, Nancy and myself  went to the unions we had for his group he belonged to from the war. We really enjoyed those times where we got to see my father and his brother Uncle John together.
He will be dearly missed but now the family will reunite together .  I am sure that there is a lot going on and they have a lot to talk about,
We will miss you Uncle John and our visits with you. Rest in Peace.
My love and thoughts  go out to Rick, Nancy, Donna, Julie, and Danny. Also to their families.



Hi Dad..Just remembering a few things. When I was 11, I asked you if I could go into the marble championship against the boys at school. You said "Ya okay".  I asked you  "Can you make me  a marble board?"....you said ya.  You did......and I won the championship!  It was your lucky board that made me win! I heard you yelling.."That's my daughter!" You made me feel so happy.   You gave me encouragement & confidence to be a model for Woodward Stores...thanks dad. You called me little red riding hood when I modeled that beautiful red coat. All the  birthdays, Fathers Days, camping, you always made it fun.  Remember all the times I said I was moving? You said you're just like a gypsy but you come by it honestly...and we laughed! I want you to know the alone times I had with you were very special. Talking about all different things, even your childhood.  Thank you dad...for everything.  Goodnight...I love you...xxoo

My memories of my dad's cousin Jack are very old ones...more than 50 years ago... but I do remember family gatherings at his parents' home with many of the Robothams and a few McKellars and we always had a lot of fun. I am so sorry that I didn't get to meet him again but I look forward to spending time with his family in the future.  For now I send my love to you all,  Anna-May

To Dad ! You lived a very long and blessed life, God's Mercy and Grace was with you the whole way as you over came so many obstacles in your life, The depression, World War 2 , successes and failures in business and in Life itself. I have never seen a man overcome so many things in his life and never give up such as you. You taught me one big lesson in life that has stayed with me to this day and that is always work hard and you will have your needs met. You and only you taught me how to work hard and be a man. Add to that me finding the Lord in my early 20s and being able to share that with you later as the years went by gave me the pleasure and joy of seeing you surrender your heart to Jesus. I love you Dad and look forward to seeing you in Heaven!

Hey Dad......My heart is remembering many memories that bring smiles, laughter & the quiet times spent with you.  Your gentle voice & those looks you gave when I was misbehaving  and when you approved of my antics  hahaha!  You loved to dance and I loved dancing with you , our holiday celebrations, spending time with nana & granddad, aunts & uncles, your nieces and nephews. Memories of our personal holidays, you teaching me to swim,  how you took care of me when I got sunburned , being stranded in the family boat, coming with me to pick out a dress for my school dance and your smile when I tried it on for you ,  getting me a job at Dairy Queen , Your approval, your smile & your love dad means so much. You meant more to your children than you knew dad, yet as you aged in years it became so apparent to you the bond was knit deep and strong.  I always loved you and will always love you  Missing you so much ...You are my dad...xxoo

John, it was so good to get to know you. Remembering talking to you as we were all camping,also visiting with you at Fred and Julie's.  Enjoy dancing with the angels, Till we meet again in Glory ❤
