She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her sons Russell, Randall (Shelley) and daughter-in-law Deana along with 8 grandchildren and 15 great-grand children.
She is predeceased by brother Jim, sister Florence and son Rodney.
Eileen was born on June 1, 1932 to Oswald and Edith Osline in the town of Ansonville, Cochrane District, ON. She grew up in Powell River. She married Theodore in 1953. Eileen was a great mom who cared for her family while working fulltime. She was a talented cook (which she got from her mom) and enjoyed hosting family get togethers where she could share those meals. She was involved in her church, Mt. Shannon United where she helped with monthly lunches and delivered soup to local schools.
Her likes were the seasons of the year, roses, pussy willows, hummingbirds, chickadees, gardening and fresh greens.
Mom always said she was well cared for by her lifelong friends and neighbours.
The family would like to thank Dr. Chow for the excellent care she received over the years and the staff at Valley Haven where she resided the last year.
Highest respect to all of you that helped and cared for mom. Thank you!
