It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Donald Melvin Brooks on January 27, 2015 in Chilliwack.
Don was a loving supportive husband, father, & grandfather. Don is survived by his loving wife, Deborah, of 48 years, his two daughters, Dawn and Elaine, his four grandchildren, Bradley, Brooke, Mitchell & Matthew. He also leaves behind his twin brother Dan, (Eleanor) and by many cousins, Aunts and Uncles. He was predeceased by his parents Melvin & Judy. Don was a very generous and hard working man who was always willing to help friends and family out. He worked at Scott Paper from 1964 – 2004, many of his coworkers remember him fondly. He was loved deeply, and will be dearly missed by many.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date for friends and family.
