Larry Wayne Wood

Larry was born on May 21, 1945 in Bucyrus, MO to Churchill and Beatrice (Crabtree) Wood.

Surviving are one son, Jodie (Tammy) Wood; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four brothers, Harold, Jerry, Denny and Billy; one sister, Sandra; many nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by two sons, Larry Wood II and Gerald Lee Wood; one daughter, Christine Wood; his parents; four brothers and three sisters.

Larry worked for Mossville Caterpillar (UAW) for 32 years, retiring in 1997 and was a member of the Chillicothe Recreation Area for 22 years. He loved listening to the St. Louis Cardinals Baseball games and country music on the radio, watching the Green Bay Packers and watching NASCAR.

Services will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 1pm at Davison-Fulton Anderson Chapel in Chillicothe with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will be at Chillicothe City Cemetery.
