Rita Martin Wood, age 61 of Vincent, passed away Sunday, June 26, 2016 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 30 at 12:00 PM at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel with Rev. Joe Stone officiating. Burial will be in Vincent Cemetery. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 29 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
She is survived by her husband, Steve Wood of Vincent; daughter, Mandie Morgan of Pell City; son, Jerry Wayne Trussell, Jr. of Vincent; mother, Carolyn Trussell of Sayre; brother, John Trussell; sister, Brandy Millwood of Sayre; four grandchildren.
