Funeral service for George Tindall, age 72, will be Friday, August 13, 2021 at 2PM at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel with Brother Kevin Skelton and Brother Randy Bailey officiating. Visitation will be from 12-2 at the funeral home.
Mr. Tindall passed away on Tuesday, August 10, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Karen Tindall, parents, Rubin Eugene Tindall Sr. and Maude Ethel Tindall, and sister, Carol Tyson.
He was a member of the Alabama Christian College, now Faulkner University, membership group and the Lads to Leaders team, he did leadership workshops to get people interested in Lads to Leaders Program. He was a veteran of the US Army from 1969-1971 having served a tour in Vietnam. He was retired from the US Postal Service after 30 years working as a mail carrier in Childersburg.
He is survived by his daughters, Susan Tindall Shelton (Bart), Jennifer Tindall Brooks (Will), grandchildren, Shelby Brooks, Rylee Brooks, Lillah Shelton, Lucy Shelton and sisters, Debbie Michael and Sonja Walton.
