Bonnie Brown Hamm

Funeral service for Bonnie Brown Hamm, age 86, of Sylacauga will be Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 2PM at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel with the Reverend Ralph Barrow officiating. Burial will be in Arkwright Cemetery. She was native of Shelby County but lived her adult life in Childersburg. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Childersburg and was a florist by trade. She was preceded in death by her husband: James Hamm; parents: Clint and Susie Brown; sisters: Annie Mathis and Faye Crosby and a granddaughter: Tina Baker Hamm. She was an avid Atlanta Braves baseball fan. She is survived by her Daughter: Julie Tidwell (Benny) of Fayetteville; Sons: Philip Hamm of Fayetteville, Daniel Hamm (Judy) of Fayetteville, Steve Hamm (Diane) of Sylacauga, Thelbert Hamm (Gere) of Mississippi; Grandchildren: Jake Tidwell, Crystal Hamm, Jeremy Hamm, Scott Hamm, Tony Hamm, Nikki Hamm, Ricky Hamm, Regina Compton, Danielle Kirby; 12 Great Grandchildren; Brothers: Tilman Brown and Greg Brown of Vincent and Special Friends: Darron Martin and Teresa Mitchell. Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel will direct the services.
