Yvonne N. Weaver, age 92, passed away November 8, 2013. She is the loving mother of Gary (Marsha) and Bruce (Patricia) Stefan. Dear Grandmother of Matthew, Michelle, Tim, Kristen, Daniel and Scott. Great Grandmother of Tyler, Eli, Alex, Tim Jr. and Lilly.
Visitation 4-9 PM Thursday at Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home, 6901 W. Belmont Ave. in Chicago. Funeral service will be held at 10 AM Friday at the funeral home. Interment Ridgewood Cemetery in Des Plaines.
