You were the greatest human being I've ever met you're not only my father my best friend my teacher my drinking buddy my poker buddy everything I know today I've learned from you through the good and bad I would have not become the person I am today without you when you passed away on May 4th in that hospital in my hands I lost one of the greatest things in my life a little piece of me died that day but open the doors to other things I have two nephews two sisters two brother-in-laws and my aunt and uncle I wake up the morning saying good morning pop the go to bed saying goodnight pops I will never forget you you will never be out of my thoughts I just want to say I love you so much and I'm proud of you Dad for helping so many others and being such a generous human being for anybody that reads this never forget who he was and who he still is in all of us.

Still think of you with great fondness every day.  Thanks for staying with me.

Good morning Daddy,
Just stopping in to wish you a very Merry Christmas! I know now why it was your favorite. 
It's definitely not the same without you but I know you're having a great Christmas in heaven with everyone else we miss.

After all this time, I am still heartbroken.  I feel adrift without my comic relief.  For that's what you were for me.  

I think of you and pray for you and the kids daily.  

I know Brandy was waiting for you, and that you have passed over The Rainbow Bridge together.

To Tina, Billy, Clarissa, and Paula, your whole family is in our prayers. We will miss Bill. He was always a man of his word, always willing to help, always willing to share a laugh. I learned a lot from Bill: along with how things work and how to do it right the first time, he exemplified  stewardship, perseverance, and integrity. He was always very generous with us and especially to our kids. We will miss him. We all send our love and prayers of peace.

You were my brother for many years, I will always love you. Peace be with you.

I will miss our conversations filled with laughter and fun and I will always remember the "serious" talks about health, family, and life. He will forever be a part of my life. God bless you William.

Bill, my buddy, my cohort, always had a kind word, always lent a hand. You will be missed my friend, you will be missed.

I have nothing but fond memories of Bill Egan.  I will always remember the time we would talk about the building, or horse racing, or the few times he'd pop in for the Berry Jam, or the time I volunteered to help put the sealer on the gym roof.  (How much water weight *did* we lose that day?)  What Bill gave the church was immeasurable, not only in his labor but with his warmth and humor that will stay with us forever.  I feel blessed to have him as part of my life, and I'm grateful for the time he was here among us, and Judy and I (and so many others of the Berry family) will carry him in our hearts for the rest of our days.

Rest in peace, Dr. Egan.  The honor was all ours.

Bill had the sweetest way of saying he cared.  There was a tenderness in his voice and heart.  And he showed it in his work.

In this hour I light a candle so your Father can find his way through the after life. Even though i mourn him.I drink a shot of whisky in his name to celebrate the life of William(Mr.Egan)

I didnt know you all that well Mr Bill, but I surely remember all the times you were present for your children during their high school years and most vulnerable time and that showed it all. You cared for those kids and you were always present for them. May you rest in peace and may Tina Billy and Clarisa find their peace as well.

I'm sad at the loss of Bill in this world. I had the wonderful privilege of serving Bill communion many times, each time he received the bread and cup he would whisper, "I'm not worthy." I loved him and will miss knowing he is not here. Blessings to you, Billy, Tina, and Clarisa.

I will miss Bill terribly. He was the most generous person I knew. His help was there when I needed it, whether I knew I needed it or not. He knew. And he stayed until the job was done, whatever it was. I hope you find some peace soon. I'm so sorry that you are without him.

I love you Bill. I wish I could have replaced the rough times and pain that you lived thru with joy. I couldn't stop your illness. I cherish the good times. You will be missed by many.

As unexpected as this was, I'm happy that my father was able to make a beautiful life for my siblings and I. Daddy was a kind, funny, generous man who touched the lives of so many people around him. He would do anything for his family, extended family (our friends and his alike), our lovely pets and even strangers. My father was the best man I knew. He taught me wisdom, love, how to care and be kind to others, acceptance, forgiveness and so much more. He may be gone from the physical world but I know he's with our family and loved pets looking down on all of us. He's cracking jokes and sending love, health, wisdom, and strength to us all every day. 

Daddy, 
I love you so very much, you may not be here with us anymore but you're always in my thoughts and heart. Your chub monster sends his slobbery kisses and random baby babbles. The cats send their love and snuggles and Mario is leaving his toys all over your living room. We love you and we'll be with you a little later, save us a good spot.
