Wieslaw Puzewski

Wieslaw Puzewski passed away peacefully on July 23, 2017 at the age of 60 at Northwest Community Hospital in Arlington Heights, IL. A celebration of life service will begin on Friday, July 28, 2017 at The Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home located at 6901 W. Belmont Avenue Chicago, IL from 3-9 pm. On Saturday July 29, 2017, family & friends are welcome to gather at The Montclair-Lucania Funeral Home at 8:00 am or meet at Holy Trinity Polish Church located at 1118 N. Noble St. Chicago, IL where mass will be held at 9:15 am. Burial will follow at Maryhill Cemetery located at 8600 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL. Family & friends are invited to join a luncheon following the burial at Lone Tree Manor Banquet Hall located at 7730 N. Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL.

Wieslaw Puzewski is the loving husband of Jolanta Puzewski; son of Helena and the late Alfred Puzewska, proud father of Adrian (Agnes) Puzewski& Jennifer(James) Melchin, cherished grandfather of Ola Puzewski; dear brother of Margaret(Antoni), caring uncle to Paulina & Jakub , best friend of Krzysztof Starostka and cherished friend of many others.

Wieslaw was born in Knyszyn, Poland on July 14, 1957. He attended high school at Liceum Ogolnoksztalcace in Monki, PL. Wieslaw then entered Military College in Torun, PL. He was blessed with a son, Adrian Puzewski on November 8, 1982. With great ambitions, he came to the United States in July 1985, joining his mother Helena Puzewska. He married Jolanta Puzewski on October 10, 1986.Wieslaw was blessed with a daughter, Jennifer Puzewski on November 11, 1987.

Wieslaw loved animals and enjoyed watching Animal Planet and taking care of his two grand puppies, Piper & Archer, who meant the world to him. Wieslaw was a very strong and positive person. He and his family fought cancer since March 2010 and remained always optimistic. He will be forever loved and will live on in the hearts and minds of his family and friends.
