Fogarty, US Army Veteran, retired Chicago Police Officer, beloved husband of the late Dorothy, nee Boll; loving brother of Dennis (late Claudee), Patrick (Carol), Michael (Marlene), Carolyn (Bernard) Smith, Terrence (Edith), Katherine (Joseph) LoBianco, Maureen (Late Thomas) Swieszcz, Kevin (Marsha). Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews and very dear friend of Jan Risner Dena and family. Funeral Services Tuesday, 6/27/2017, 9:00 Am until 12:00 noon, Interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery , in lieu of flowers please make donations to the Alzheimer’s Association.
