Rosemary F. Flanagan, nee Smykowski, age 89, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2020. Loving wife of the late Robert R. Flanagan; Beloved mother of Richard (Jackie) Flanagan and Diane Flanagan; Cherished Grammy of Rebecca and Mark Flanagan; Dear sister of the late John (Mary) Smykowski; Caring aunt of Mary Ann (Steven) Sokolowski and John (Michelle) Smykowski; Great aunt of Allison, Sara, Andrew, and Ryan. Funeral to begin at 8:45 AM on Saturday, February 22, at Andrew J. McGann & Sons Funeral Home, 10727 S Pulaski, Chicago, proceeding to St. Gerald Church, 9310 S 55th Ct, Oak Lawn, for a 9:30 AM Mass of Christian Burial. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-8 PM on Friday, February 21, at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the World Wildlife Fund, 1250 24th St, N.W., Washington, DC 20037.
