Robert R. Hanley, 73, of Chicago, passed away Sept. 19, 2010. Loving father of Kara Ann (fiancé Russell Ford) and Eileen Hanley; cherished grandfather of Natalie Paige and David Eugene. Retired Lieutenant of the Chicago Police Department, serving from 1961 – 1991; US Marine Corps Sergeant from 1954 – 1959; and active member of the Marine Corps League and Chicago Police Marine Association. Memorial visitation will be held Friday, Sept. 24th, 9 a.m. until time of Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. at Holy Name Cathedral, 735 N. State St., Chicago.
