Richard Francis Lyons

Richard Francis Lyons, age 75, of Crestwood, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024. Loving father of Brian (Fiancé Samantha Rutkowski), Richard Jr.; Cherished papa of Maddison; Dear brother of Reverend Patrick, Thomas (Patty Freigo), Marie Andersen, the Late John (survived by Kay), Nora Farrell; Preceded in death by parents Patrick Lyons and Sarah Mc Inerney; Adoring partner of Barbara Lamping and chosen family of Robert Lamping and Allison Lamping; Fond uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Richard worked as an appliance technician with Sears for 40 years, after his retirement he continued his craft by making repairs for family and friends.

Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Richard that will be held on Monday, February 26th, 2024 at Andrew J. Mc Gann and Son Funeral Home, 10727 South Pulaski Road, Chicago, Illinois from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A chapel funeral service will follow on Tuesday February 27th, 2024 beginning at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at Saint Mary Catholic Cemetery, Evergreen Park, Illinois.
